We offer two types of services sanitizing services the standard fogging and electrostatic spraying.
For the fogging service, the chemical, Foster 40-80 disinfectant, is sprayed in the environment in a fine mist form. The chemical will adhere to all exposed surfaces.

For the electrostatic service, the spray uses specialized solution that is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer, therefore; the particles are actively attracted to surfaces and will adhere to crevices and corners regardless of the direction the chemical is sprayed.

Yes we provide disinfecting services for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

The turnaround for an appointment is fairly quick. We service 7 days a week and in most cases provide same-day service at no additional cost.
 
We service Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. We also service Southern California.
 
Use of CDC approved chemicals to sanitize high touch surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, walls, counter-tops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks etc.
We use foggers / electrostatic sprays that provide the added benefit of being able to sanitize hard to reach areas.

The application period varies based on the square footage of the area. Please call our office to get an approximate time.

Please store away perishable items and loose-leaf papers. Please store away toothbrushes. Anything that is stored behind closed doors and cabinets will not be sanitized.
Please wait 30 minutes before you re-enter the facility/home. Do not use any other chemicals on surfaces for 6 hours after the service – Soap and water is the exception.
 
We accept cash, card, or check.
 
Please store away pet food. The pet should not be in the home/facility during the application.
